Dear colleagues,

In our announcement of the database migration from Sybase to
PostgreSQL in the
test environment we indicated that we will change production too.
This maintenance
in our production environment will take place from Sunday 18 November
2012, 17:00
CET until Monday, 19.11.2012, 16:00 CET. For quite late announcement
of the long
maintenance, we apologize. The discussions in the run were more
difficult and
longer than anticipated.

During this time frame, the following services will not be available:

- - RRI for .de and ENUM
- - RRI web client
- - MRI for .de
- - RAI
- - TRANSIT ServiceCenter
- - DENICdirect online registration

All MRI requests will be queued. The requests will be processed after
the
maintenance work is finished (19 November 2012).

On Monday, 19 November 2012, the following Information Services from
11:00 CET
until 16:00 CET will not be available:

- - member-whois
- - public-whois
- - web-whois
- - DCHK

We will inform you about changes and updates via this list.
